GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
This section contains the General Conditions of Use of the services offered by TANIT Academy. These conditions are to be considered valid until a new version. The updated version of the general conditions is the current one, any changes will become effective from the date of publication on the site. Browsing the site and/or purchasing products implies acceptance of the following terms and conditions. This section contains the General Conditions of Use of the services offered by TANIT Academy.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Definition and object of the contract
The contract concluded between TANIT Academy di Francesco Sarli and the customer falls into the category of distance contracts pursuant to articles 51 and subsequent of Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), as amended by Legislative Decree n. 21/2014, in implementation of directive 2011/83/EU.
A distance contract is defined as any contract concluded between a supplier (TANIT Academy di Francesco Sarli) and a consumer (user and user) within the framework of an organized remote sales or service provision scheme which does not provide for the physical and simultaneous presence of the supplier and the consumer, through the use of distance means of communication (e.g. telephone, fax, web, etc.) until the conclusion of the contract (which itself was carried out remotely).
The contract, which has as its object the sale of goods and services, is understood to be concluded with the acceptance, even partial, by TANIT Academy di Francesco Sarli of a purchase proposal issued by the customer, via the internet, on the website www.sciamanesimoempirico.it; this acceptance is considered tacit, except for specific communications made to the customer/user.
By placing an order, which must be complete in all its parts, the Customer declares:
- be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of Article 3, paragraph 1, lett. a) of the Consumer Code;
- to be of age;
- that the data provided for the execution of the contract are correct and truthful;
- that I have read and fully accepted the General Conditions of Sale indicated here.
2. Prices
All prices of the products/services on the site www.sciamanesimoempirico.it and on any sites connected to it are expressed in EURO and include VAT. However, they do not include any taxes, duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination of the purchases, where this is different from Italy (with the exclusion of the municipalities of Livigno and Campione d'Italia), which remain the responsibility of the Customer, entirely. TANIT Academy di Francesco Sarli reserves the right to change the price of the items, at any time, without notice, it being understood that the price charged to the user will be that indicated on the website at the time the order is sent and that any changes will not be taken into account (increasing or decreasing) subsequent to the transmission of the same, except for increases imposed by law in relation to taxes, duties and/or events beyond the control of TANIT Academy di Francesco Sarli.
If, due to misunderstandings or other inconveniences, the price indicated on the site should be lower than the correct selling price of a product, the user will be contacted to verify the willingness to proceed with the purchase of the product at the correct price. Otherwise the order will not be accepted.
3. Warranties and Withdrawal
Purchases made are governed by the Italian law on mail order sales.
If you have made a mistake in your purchase or are not satisfied, you have 15 working days from the date of conclusion of the transaction to exercise the right of withdrawal and be reimbursed for the expense.
ATTENTION: the right of withdrawal is excluded, as indicated by the law, on digital contents such as eBooks, Mp3s and video courses in download. The return is free only for purchases made in Italy.

4. Refunds
The refund is made within 10 working days of receipt of the request on your bank account by bank transfer.
Alternatively, you can request a refund in the form of a voucher to participate in our events. Request the calendar of TANIT Academy activities by sending an e-mail to the address: segreteria@tanitacademy.it
5. Disclaimer
With regard to the purchase of tickets for events and/or tickets for air travel, TANIT Academy, for the purposes of any refund, may intervene as an intermediary on behalf of the customer, supporting the same in the request from the service provider who will refund the customer directly.
The information and activities proposed on the site www.sciamanesimoempirico.it are holistic in nature and have no therapeutic purpose; they are not aimed at treating discomfort and are not aimed at people who need the support of a qualified doctor (i.e. a medical graduate qualified to practice) and, in particular in specific cases, of healthcare professionals such as psychologists, psychotherapists and/or psychiatrists.
6. Complaints
Any complaint must be made in writing, by registered mail to the following address:

Any civil and/or criminal dispute relating to the application, execution, interpretation and violation of the distance selling contract will be the territorial jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
